A) Practice
Mindfulness –
The intention is to be completely present to the process of Goal
setting.
Simple approach to practicing mindfulness.
Focus on your breathing inhale at count of five, hold your breath for
count of five and exhale to a count of five. Breathe the way you are
comfortable and focus on your breadth, practice it for minimum 3 minutes.
B) Divide Life into 4 Quadrants
The intention is to focus on specific areas of your life.

*Social
|
Write down all that you would like to achieve in these areas of your
life.
Write everything without any hesitation or any doubts or concerns in
your mind.
Focus on MAD ( Minimum Achievable Delta ) ,I would like to spend some
time on an example from each of the quadrant .
Personal -
If one of your personal goals is to get a flat stomach and you feel that you can achieve the same by doing a 100 seconds plank, set your MAD at 15 seconds or 20 seconds something that you feel you can easily achieve, but then make sure you do that daily, if you feel you can achieve only 10 seconds of plank to start of with, set the MAD at 10 seconds . The intention is when you set realistic target and you start achieving them, you eventually start moving towards the bigger goals.

At Leadership level in organization to achieve a specific top line or
profitability , include MAD in terms of daily achievement of targets to achieve
the specific top line, or to reach a specific profitability include actions in
every activity and decision that you take every day where in you achieve x% of
profitability.
At individual level, in case you are looking forward for the next
promotion, create a path way in your daily routine which can lead you to your
dream job, MAD can be as simple as learning a new vocabulary daily, networking
or increasing your knowledge base by listening to 15 minute book summary on
blinklist daily .
Social -
Last year one of the targets in my social space I set was to connect with at least 20 friends of mine whom I have not met in last 20 years.MAD I set was to connect every day with any of my school friend either through call or WhatsApp or any social media platform. I managed to meet Suyog, Sonali, Prajakta and Vidya almost after 20 years and Nimit after 25 years.

Spiritual -
If there is a specific meditation practice you would like to master focus on what practice you can follow daily in your current life style. As simple as focusing on your breath for 3 minutes or taking 100 steps every day saying Thank you on every step which you can complete in 90 seconds which can fill your life with abundance of Gratitude ( Albert Einstein used to do this).

C) Take Action J
- Set realistic targets.
- Revisit your MAD ( Minimum Achievable Delta ) in case you are not able to achieve it daily change it to something you are sure you will achieve it.
-Don’t make yourself wrong in any given point in the journey of your personal transformation, look for continuous improvements.
-Keep your Goals alive by continuously visiting it and reviewing your progress.
